Mark the size of the perimeter of the panel on a flat surface of the ceiling where the panel is going to go. Saw through the ceiling to cut out the hole in the ceiling. Place the access panel into the position and drill screws in each hole to hold the panel up. Add plaster to the sides of the panel to make it a part of the ceiling and to keep it in place. Screw the hinges in place and make sure the panel; is able to swing or pop out (based on the type of access panel acquired).
